A Labor of Love (and Laughter)

Hi there! We're the Snickerdoodle family: a dad, a mom, and a 7-year-old daughter who takes comedy very seriously.

This whole project started as a way to make our daughter laugh and giggle. We realized that pairing silly jokes with cute, whimsical artwork created a magic little moment of joy. It was too fun not to share, so we built the Snickerdoodle Jokes app to bring that daily laugh to other families.

But then we wanted to take the giggles beyond the screen. That led to our book, and now, our free lunchbox notes, giving parents a way to share a smile completely screen-free.

Meet the Team

  • Dad: By day, he is a software engineer. By night, he builds the products and creates the pictures. He uses modern AI tools to help illustrate our world, but he obsesses over every pixel to keep the wholesome, cute look we love.

  • Mom: She is the editor. She makes sure the jokes make sense to a kid, fixes Dad's typos, and ensures the humor is sweet.

  • The Boss (Daughter): The final boss. She reads every single joke. If she does not laugh, it goes in the trash. She has high standards, and she is not afraid to use them.
